As part of the Chris Anthony LET ONLY service, we will source the best tenant and arrange the signing of the tenancy agreement. The landlord however will be responsible for collecting the rent and organising the maintenance of the property.

Property Marketing
We will market your property to the widest possible audience including promotion through our own website and all the major property portals in order to achieve maximum exposure. Where appropriate we will erect a board and actively promote the property to our database of registered applicants.
Viewing Management
we will source the best tenants possible and arrange viewings from our extensive marketing on all the major property websites and our huge datatbase of corporate and professional clients
Referencing And Credit Checks
We will conduct full identity and residency checks on all applicants, we will obtain a credit reference, employer and current landlord reference using our reputable reference company which can offer a rent guarantee insurance once the tenants have passed their reference checks. Our aim is to get the best possible tenant for your investment.
Tenancy Agreements
we will draw up a tenancy agreement between you and your tenant ‘subject to contract. We can sign the tenancy agreement as the agent on your behalf. At your request we can forward you the tenancy agreement for you to sign before the tenancy is binding.
Rent Collection
we will arrange for the collection of the first months rent in advance and we will collect a security deposit from the tenants as cleared funds before the tenancy agreement is signed, we will also register the deposit with an approved tenancy deposit scheme.
Safety Certificates
We will arrange for a suitable qualified engineer to carry out a gas safety check annually if you need us to. We will not be able to let your property with out one. We will arrange an electrical test if the property is in need of one and is out of date with any current legislation.
