Chris Anthony Estates owns and manages Thane Villas, a stunning Grade 2 listed building dating back to the early 1900's. Formerly a landmark North London factory, we have transformed by combining its classic heritage, with contemporary student living. In doing so we have retained many of the building's original features and architectural details such as the grand timber staircase, original Victorian fireplaces and the beautiful Reception doors.

The Location

Thane Villas and its surrounding neighbourhood has everything a student could wish. There is a wide choice of local shops, retail amenities and health facilities within walking distance as well as a fantastic range of restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs.

Close by too, is the Michael Sobell Leisure Centre which offers excellent sporting facilities and the open space of Finsbury Park.

The area is also served by some of London's best transport links; Finsbury Park Underground and Mainline station is a 5 minute walk away and there are numerous buses, day and night, that cover most of London and its surroundings.
